That's a very good set, the Ninth does not do it for me but the other performances are very enjoyable indeed.bombasticDarren wrote:

I am inclined to agree on both counts; then again I do have enough Sibelius for now. I hope you have a great time with that selection - the Manze Brahms cycle has caught by attention on Amazon and I really must try and get more Haydn SQ recordings. I have to say though that one Vanska Sibelius cycle will be enough for me - the Minnesota Orchestra have given us a wonderful LvB cycle with him though :-)
