A trifle lacklustre in my view. I expected more - especially from the Chicago brass...

Tomorrow I am travelling to the BBC studios in Maida Vale to be part of the audience for a Radio 3 live concert (free of charge!)

It's the BBC Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Alexander Shelley.

The programme will contain

Parry - Elegy for Brahms
Canteloube - Chants D'Auvergne
Brahms - Symphony No.2
