Another couple of photo clues for the two remaining. Just realised that the first one is probably the back cover. One of those albums where both the front and back have the artist and album name.

# 2 is screaming Neil Young but I cannot find the image you've posted Johnny to match the original sleeve! Then I had a look at the back cover and, lo and behold, I was right! It's American Stars 'n Bars :) Will post the sleeve I'm familiar with asap....
I'm afraid we're going to need one more clue for #4 Johnny. It looks tantalisingly familiar as Fergus commented; Don't they all :) Actually the back cover looks even more familiar than the front!
Ok, released in 1973, a Prog. Rock concept album that the group described as being a parody of the concept album. The original sleeve is probably one of the most complicated and expensive ever produced.

There's only three sleeves Dermot!!! The black and white photo is another part of the same sleeve as the "Art Demo Forces Closure" photo. The Indian is a part of the teepee montage on American Stars and Bars.

#3
Well done Dermot!!! It's a great sleeve, did you ever read all 12 pages? It includes a review of the album and various running jokes. Now stop asking about #4 or I'll be joining you on the pills! :-))
