I feel like a necromancer resurrecting this thread from the dead, but after much rigmarole the new Focal speakers are now up and has been breaking in for the past week. I only have a few hours of break-in time each day so it is going to be a long month before they start sounding anyway optimal.

A number of issues has caused the delay and getting into everything here would be too much. Suffice to say that a combination of change of distributor (merger between Naim and Focal) and Ulster Banks computer fault, made this a very long saga. I have been compensated by getting a brand new pair in champagne finish instead of a demo and some cable and isolation goodies from Kronos as well.

I will post some pictures in the near future.

Glad you posted as when you mentioned recently that you had got your new speakers I didnt want to say anything cause I had forgotten what you had decided to go for it seemed so long ago. Belated congrats hope they work out very well for you. Looks like it was worth the wait as you have done better out of the whole saga.
