Amadeus Quartet


Both recordings were made in 1954, this is wonderful music.

and it always helps when you're listening to two of the finest chamber pieces ever composed...

a very pleasing album, and its great to hear some more of the minor pieces Bruch wrote for the violin; he certainly had a great affinity with the instrument.
