I have to be honest, I don't dislike it, but none of it is really to my taste Darren... I'll keep it, but I can't see the set will be getting many future listens... too bombastic for me.

is it my imagination, or has the price of just about every disk and box set in my Amazon wishlist, risen fairly steeply since Xmas?? :-//

I don't think it is your imagination Jared. I have also found the prices to be increasing and the Euro/Sterling exchange reate does not help wither!. My purchases have slowed down as a result!

I'm not buying CDs at present however, I do keep a close eye on my various baskets and I too find that prices are going up, the £/€ conversion factor would not account for the rather steep increases I've come across.

^^ interesting. I know Amazon prices can fluctuate quite a bit over a few months, but I've never really known them all to head in one direction more or less at the same time... several boxsets I've been watching have seen a £10-£12 increase recently, which is why I asked the question... I was wondering whether it was just my basket! I know there are still bargains to be had out there, but they don't seem as plentiful as 12 months ago..

^^ I have noticed, when I am idly scanning Amazon, that many of the box sets I bought for reasonable sums a couple of years ago have boomed in value. It doesn't seem to have affected me as a buyer yet though...
