1st listen... because a man simply can't have too many Oboe Concertos in his life... ;-)

Weber: Clarinet Concertos Nos. 1 & 2....

These are really lovely versions of these works and are well played with lots of fluidity and virtuosic flair when called for.

it really is a good one... very intimate and delicately played... HIP at its best...

Those concertos make for great music making in the right hands....Emma Johnson does a very good job also I do agree.
