I have to say, I do enjoy a stint of folk song and lieder, and these are exceptionally fine...

as you can imagine, I have no others with which to compare it against... however the PG was kind to it (maybe no surprise there tbh) and I think its pretty good... but then, Quasthoff and von Otter can hide a multitude of sins...
