I still actually play and record onto cassette but the junk listed on Adverts makes me laugh. 'Vintage' 'Original' 'Rare' used to describe lp's and tapes that I wouldn't look twice at, never mind the silly prices being asked. At least with lp's it's easy enough to gauge condition when looking at it....

Thanks Brutus. It's something I was just thinking about this morning as a friend has agreed to store my records and hifi until I get the mortgage/house nightmare sorted!

Hi Woody. I have a fully rebuilt Clearaudio Titanium V1 MC that I might consider selling. It has not been used since Peter Lederman from Soundsmith rebuilt it for me a year or two ago. The V2 of this retails at around 10k now. I'd be looking for around 4k for it. PM for more info/pics if interested....
