The boss has an item on his desk that looks like a paperweight or some such. Today I finally asked what it was, and found out that it's one of these:

Anyway, I was discussing such things with one of my colleagues and I found myself searching once again for the "Clever Little Clock". Imagine my surprise when I discovered an "explanation" of how it works! This is comedy gold. I really really REALLY hope that this is all an elaborate joke.
