Amp For Trade: MF kW250s - what you got!?

MF kW250s rebuilt and upgraded by John Sampson. I view this as an excellent amp, that just happens to have a CD player; FM/DAB tuner and DAC thrown in. Great performance direct from MF and John's upgrades (bigger transformers/upgraded caps etc.) raise this up a couple of notches. It has the pre-amp section from the kW amps, 2 x 250W power amps (now with bigger transformers/caps) and reassuringly weighs a tonne! I'm looking to try something different, maybe a Class A amp or a mega current pre/power combo (note the kW250 pumps out a fair bit of juice too ~75amps). I'd value mine at 2K and I'm more than willing to do demos etc. where something interesting is on the table (or even if there's just an interesting comparison to be done!). Pics to follow.
