Tube tester.

Any know of anyone with a valve tester that could check a load of tubes for me? I'm based in the south but occasionally travel up the country. Thanks in advance for.any suggestions.
No-one that I know of unfortunately. I've kept an eye out for one for years, but never saw one at reasonable money.
You can buy kits etc, but I don't know how useful they really are.
