Wanted: CD Transport or CD player with S/PDIF out

Hi friends!
I am looking for a CD Transport or player with S/PDIF out. Nothing fancy, and preferably nothing too huge.
Budget around Euro 500.
Something like a small Pro-ject, Denon, Teac etc.

I have been looking at getting a CD transport to replace a Marantz CD-63 (if I can't fix it) and Richer Sounds have two under 500Euros -- Audiolab and Cambridge Audio.

I have that very same Audiolab CDT. My first toe dip into the murky waters of digital after nearly 25 years. It's only magnificent. What a price! Richer Sounds level of knowledge and care shocked me too. Enjoy the review 😊

I just thought I'd see if anything was stored away in the attics of the members looking for a good home.

Way to go Claus! What DAC have you settled on?

DAC is part of the package I went for with the Buchardt A500 speakers. So potentially selling my Chord Hugo (1st. Gen.) unless I keep it for portable duty.... :)
