A friend of mine needs a pair of floor standers to work with an old MF integrated amp. Basically he needs reasonable sound quality and good bass. Budget is in the region of a few hundred Euro. I told him that I would check here. Stand mounters might work too! Thanks.

I have a pair of B&W 603s gathering dust. Some damage on the top facia of one which in no way affects the sound. Anyone handy with isopon could repair it easily - I put a bit of duck tape over it but as they were only ever used as fronts for a cinema setup they were always in the dark! Given the damage I'd let them go at €250... undamaged they go for a lot more. See pic below.
