Hi Guys
Would you know a software that can mass convert audio files multiple folders at once?

Tried DB POWER, no luck. Didn't accept multiple folders at once. Xrecode worked great.
Thanks guys! :)

I would do this with a single command under Linux:

Code: Select all

find . -iname "*.flac" -exec flac -d "{}" \;
It finds all files with ".flac" extensions (case insensitive) in the current directory (.) and for each file that is found it runs the "flac" program in decode mode (-d). The magic bits are "{}" and \; The first one is replaced by the file of currently found file, the second one is just a delimiter.

Why would you do that? Is it because they sound different or something else? I have so many FLAC and DSD files, very few WAV stored on iPod. I just don't know how to convert the WAV into FLAC because when playing WAV file on Auralic Aries, the metadata is not recognizable.

Because Audi car radio doesn't read FLAC but WAV
