Anyone got an audiophile USB cable for sale , for connecting my laptop to dac,??

do not fool yourself
it does not mater what cable you use from pc to dac it may mater from dac to amp and then, just buy good quality (printer) cable in any shop.

you are prob right, still I might go for something a little better than standard.

a usb a to b adapter is good bang for buck if it suits the situation certainly much better than garden variety printer cable and some of the audiophile ones too

but you still need a cable with adapter don`t you, go fancy and buy gold plated
