An Album of twelve different styles Latin, Funk, Jazz, Son, Bolero...with over 50 very tight playing musicians, confidently put together, it works very as a whole.
If this signaled the next phase after The Buena Vista Social Culb then I've just jumped on the band wagon. Superb music Superbly recorded.
Give it some volume and let the music take you just magic.
Track 5 "Addimu a changa" opens with a rolling thunder storm, I checked had the weather taken a turn for the worse.

very odd but kinda wonderful performance from a busker in Lisbon. I suspect he has a few mid 1980s Tom Waits CDs somewhere.
