This is an interview with Chris Frankland who invented/reported on the idea of 'flat earth audio'. Basically 'source first' [so buy a linn], 'no tone controls' [so buy a naim] and forget about speakers ['garbage in - garbage out; so put all your money in the source'].
Flat earth did not care about stereo imaging .. all was hearing the rhythm / beat. So PRAT ..
