Cannot recommend seeing Father John Misty enough. If you get a chance really well worth seeing live.

Flo was good but not great. Her voice on the the first song was awful but she quickly got it together. It took Alt-J about 4 songs, FJM hit it straight away. After the first song Flo sounded very good but I didn't like how they re-arranged some of the songs. It was a large venue and people just seemed dis-interested at times so there wasn't a great vibe. Not the performers fault but it was tangible. I saw the LA phil a few weeks back in the same venue and it was a better night. Silly but what put me off a bit was her monologue which was identical to a few other performances of hers that I had seen on TV. She did finish strong with What kind of man and The Drumming Song for the encore.

The identikit nature of so many concerts is depressing. Interesting report though, ta!
