See lots of positive reviews on this cable on Jplay forum. When are the first deliveries expected for Tirnahifi people? Personally would prefer a haswell board/i3 or i5 processor or maybe streacom fc5/HDplex H5S case if the funds were available. Maybe when/if I hear one the opinion will change.

I got one of the first, and for me it was an absolute revelation combined with my Sonicweld Diverter HR2.

It was always said the Sonicweld truly shines and shows what it is capable of, when paired with a superior USB-cable. Other owners who made the step recommended something like Locus Design Nucleus V2 or higher with a price tag of US$1500 and more. So the JCAT was a steal compared to that. Locus Design cables are no longer made since Lee Weiland the owner of the company died.
But I feel I might have found an alternative in the JCAT USB.

Marcin and Josef do give a trial period of I believe 14 days on all of their cables.

Cheers

buy one there tony and we can test it,
one of the things id really like to test without buying versus some silver usb cables
in fairness it isnt cheap to make materials are expensive easily 50-100 € + time

the variation of sound quality between any usb cable is almost unbelievable

I'm also awaiting the release of their USB-card.

My impression is they try to make their cables and cards all somewhat better than Paul Pang's and that means the USB card should be a very significant upgrade to the mobo-USB as well.

I hope they'll release it still somewhere this year.

Cheers
