My EAC is not picking up album artwork

Another question for the EAC experts here, my copy picks up song titles, album titles etc. but leaves the album artwork blank. It might be a setting in the software, any suggestions?

Hi Tom,Was hoping Fran would do the legwork here!
Open eac on the tab line at the top take 'EAC' option the one on the left.
Then take 'metadata options' next take 'metadata provider' and hey presto you should see 'show options of the metadata provider'
Take that option and check out the selection boxes. I reckon you have album covers set to never.

It has happened to me a couple of times with EAC that the settings seem to change magically by themselves. Maybe an error on my part but cant figure it out. Some of the cds I copied ended up with no track order even though I had set it up that way. Still EAC does the job very nicely.
