Hi Guys,

I am planning to get a new coax cable between my Squeezebox and my dac and was looking at different brands.

Does any of you have compared the following ones:

Dalkey "Bulloch" Digital Cable
Wireworld The Starlight 6 Digital Audio Cable
Chord Prodac Pro Digital Coaxial Audio Cable
Chord Signature Digital Audio Cable
QED Signature Digital Coaxial

By knowing already the brand and liking its products, at the moment I'd be more into a Wireworld cable.

Cheers :)

Hey there , i got the Dalkey Audio cable for my SKY HD box to Denon Amp and am very pleased with it , I noticed a difference in the sound immediately , Andys cables are great value .. It replaced a Transparent Audio Premium Cable which was quite expensive in its day i believe ,

I know its only used for surround sound but it made a real difference to the Dolby Digital films and Live concerts ..

Cheers John

Here's a good one , I can only link to the pic

but if you go to http://audiomarkt.de/_markt/ and search for Oyaide you'll see it for 90 euro.

I have nothing buy praise for the Stereovox XV11 cable. It is waaaay better than a home made cable I used initially to connect my Squeezebox to the digital input of my CD player.

Of the cables you mentioned I would stay with Wireworld or the Dalkey cables. I would also second the Oyaide.
