When I started to try to learn to play the guitar [a long time ago], the only tutorial book I could get was "Play In A Day". Took me weeks to get the hang of tuning though [in those days there were no electronic tuners].

God rest his soul, he had a decent innings.....

Ah no! Still have some of his vinyl and the original Play In A Day. RIP Bert....
