Roksan Corus Blue on 774/LP12

Nearly 2 years ago JAW of this community kindly donated me a Corus Blue cartridge to try with my Croft Micro II MM stage input, to allow comparison with my Denon DL-110 HOMC.
I tried mounting it in a Rega arm on my LP12 at the time, and it was very low resolution compared to the Denon - I assumed it was worn and put it back in it's box.
I recently decided to try it again now my LP12 has the Mission 774 on it - I must have aligned it incorrectly on the Rega, as it sounds good now.
High frequency not as good as the Denon, but bass and mids are much better defined, and has much more authority somehow (although I suspect this is the higher output suiting the MM stage better - I keep meaning to try the Denon with suitable SUTs).
Only downside so far is sibilance is more noticeable on mistreated LPs compared to the Denon (a result of the tip profile I believe). Someone over on PFM suggested increasing VTA to get the best from the Corus range, so will try this soon too.
So, basically, a belated thank you to JAW for his kindness! This will drive me to finally buy some 997 Partridges so I can bump up the output of the of the DL-110 and see if I can get the best of both worlds :)
