I can do the cheap bit, but not the remote piece - I'll take offers on my modified Music Angel valve pre in these pages. But note it is line level only, and no tape loop.

I can do the remote but not the cheap :-)
Meridian 502 with MSR, line level preamp. Asking 550 euro.
