Hope ye are all enjoying your Christmas break and Santy was good to you
I am looking for a good working 3-head cassette deck.
I already have 3 cassette decks in total already and each one has its own problem\s.
Ideally, I would like one which has been serviced recently but if it can play and record perfectly that would be alright too.
Thanks in advance.
Pat

there is a russian man beside london called alex nikitin he would be a world authority in this department and would have the top judgement on the forum tapeheads.net and most important is very aproachable
he is also selling an odd cassette deck he sold a nakamichi 582 for 145 uk pounds. he makes phono stages and headphone amplifiers he trades under ant audio -hifi world mention his phono stage often
i have lots of metal tapes if any of the forum members need a couple i can help out .
also i have a full set of calibration tapes suitable for nakamichi and probably other cassette decks as well if someone needs a lend
i also have a car audio tuner cassette called nakamichi mobile dragon td1200mk2 this would be recognised as car audio at its finest. im very interested in tapes and nice recordings
good luck and hope to hear how you get on

Hi I have a 1978 TEAC but can't be certain if its 2 or 3 heads. It is in very good condition and was working well the last time I used it but definitely has not been serviced for a long time. You are welcome to try it out. My mobile is 087 2227899.

Thanks lads for replies.
Have sent you a pm Derek.
GH thanks also, I have been in contact with Alex previously regarding my Technics tape deck. But to be honest the thoughts of shipping a unit across the water scares the hell out of me!
What model no. is your Teac Mick?
