I think on first listen he should have stuck to playing horns on 'houses in motion' from remain in light

None of his albums, the ones I have anyway, are easy listening Tony. Stick with it, you might surprise yourself ;)

On Lp as always....My cover is a pink one, for some strange reason! Anyway a very early example of Budd's music and a lot different to the piano/synth led stuff he eventually settled on...Still sublime though. Recorded at Basing St. Studios 1976.
