uploaded v2.65.3 256 , raw sound, good treble. tried keep soundstage ~v2.65.1. try it.

2.65.3 sounds like a new reference version! no obvious weakness. soundstage sounds fine and fine.

2.63.3 not as clean as 2.63.1. (little earaches) and height ok? sound rises good.

i see here's intense, sounds like good, but have intense, hmm.. im finding reason, maybe bug in code.

very good! good air while decent richness. natural sound. all better.
2.66 actually has better soundstage than 2.65.1. but 2.65.1's depth > 2.66. so instruments more natural in positioning with 2.65.1

seem i understand you, little difference in soundstage can make sound much better, here's interesting nuance. PC very likes 3D effect, always creates it. think XA1060A non-3D, simple, but maybe true.
v2.66 very simple code, only one function "main", have removed many things, back to simple concept. minimallist, almost no calculation (logical, arithmetic). feel sound much more natural.
optimized code of v2.66, uploaded v2.66.1 256 , sound have better depth. try it.
