Peter Broderick.... Music for Confluence...

A rather mellow CD, nothing too inspiring.

Nice one Adrian. Didn't bother with it because it's supposed to be uninspiring as you've already noticed. Peter needs to take a break.....big time! His very first release is still my favourite; a 10" release of 10 short solo piano vignettes which is also still available on cd. The follow up Home is another good one where his voice features on a few tracks....

Didn't think you'd be into Köner! Very much out there exactly lol His best release is actually a thing called La Barca which is stunning! Unfortunately it's quite difficult to locate as it was deleted soon after release. Maybe Discogs might have a copy? Just checked and it is available! Expensive though :( The Lp version is cheaper...if that's any consolation.

Edit: I forgot to say that the double vinyl edition actually contains a whole side of new music not
included on the cd....

Well after Nunatek I don't think I will be into Kroner much more, it is such a out there CD that one really has to be relaxed, almost at peace with the world.

As for Peter Broderick, yep definitley he needs a holiday.

However it's strange how one can dislike a CD on a first listening, but some time later on a second audition it can be much more appealing!

An old favourite, but one disc is much better than the second...

I meant to say that the hard to get album I referred to (La Barca) is completely different to the other albums you were listening to. It was actually voted album if the year by one of the Boomkat scribes....Highly, highly recommended. Miss at your peril! You've been warned ;)

Doubles by Cian Nugent.

A very nice ambient/trance CD via acoustic guitar.
