2.6x has less energy than 2.55 or 2.4x in general. maybe why you like older versions

2.4.3. only 256 works for me. great energy! stage size is great.

i still use 2.40.1. i like the air and density and energy

exist 10-15 methods choosing memory type declare, each type have good/bad factor, depend on how is data read by private memcpy function (load data into buffer). v2.63.1 have good sound height, i will change something in code. touch one thing, other things will be angry, hehe...

listening some old versions...
2.3x = mellow+transparent
2.4x = positive tune + energy
2.5x = improved of 2.4x
2.6x = super vibration + resolution

2.4x and some 2.5x has energetic vocal, but also sounds strained when word is "going up" with increased volume. e.g. over, behind, etc. o, hind are strained
2.6x lacks energy, but vocal is not strained. very soft and easy.

uploaded v2.64 256 , more vibration, good sound texture, i think soundstage also good, better than v2.63.1. try it and test for musical emotion.

emotion ok. treble not as sweet and airy as 2.4x or 2.55. also less positive energy. so female vocal emotion is less. need to make treble tune more exiting more shiny.

resolution/texture/vibration are top of top!

actually 2.64 has good negative energy. makes sad piano feels like end of the world hehe

uploaded v2.64.1 256 , v2.64.2 256 , more clarity, vibration more correct.

fixed small bug in v2.64 256, small but affect to sound, v2.64.1 must be more correct than v2.64, its bass now better, i feel very good bass.
i suspect sound height of v2.64.2 , height a bit lesser but sound rises up. correct or not? try and enjoy!

yes. 2.64.2 feels incorrect

2.64.1 better! treble is weak makes dull energy. bass better better. soundstage very natural.

yes, this memory type makes treble and vocal become weak, less energy. no problem, i tried change memory type declare, now need test and tune soundstage, hehe...

uploaded v2.65 256 , v2.65.1 256 , improved vibration, more power of bass. try them.
