At head-fi. They want to take i2s from a Singxer F1 usb to i2s/spdif converter and use a wm8804 to convert... Seems plausible

someone stated the diyinhk dixo pro was better for him there too
i guess under the hood it's the same as the new green 384khz 216 chip board at diyinhk

On my setup, I don't have isolation, I actually removed the isolators on the soekris dac.

I have the diyinhk usb to i2s board, then a potato FF and then the dac. The FF is as close as possible to the DAC i2s connector pins, to make the wiring after the FF as short as possible.

This works well if your PC and USB board are also tweaked, to provide a relatively clean usb signal.

At least that's what I used to have, I converted to a sd card player which is described in other threads on this forum.

Not sure that diyinhk did for a reclocker, but based on the potato specs, pretty hard to beat.

And if i use fifo reclocer it is good idea to disolder i2s isolators from soekris dam1021 dac? And last one if i will disoldered isolator i dont need 3.3v power suply for isolation site? Very thanks!
