F.W. Zachow is best remembered as Handel´s teacher, but a few cds with his music have been appearing in recent years. If you like Buxtehude you will certainly like his cantatas. This is a lovely cd.

Another Christmas treasure. This is certainly the finest recording the Midnight Mass has had, finer still than the Minkowski recording.

I am not sure whether or not Jared has that one but if not he will certainly appreciate the quality of the performances.

sadly, I don't have that particular disk Fergus, but I can imagine it's lovely. Like you, I really enjoy the smooth, pure vocals of the TS.fergus wrote:
