Using same combinations with play122 all play just fine
don't know why that should be, v123 is just different by one alignment change which shouldn't stop it working.

play v121, control v32, counter v2, loader v29 give fine sound.

Then I have tried some newer versions, and I only get distorted sound:
play121, control32, counter v4
play123, control32, counter v8 as well as v11
all these only give distorted sound

have uploaded v13 15 and v13 19, see if 15 fixes your problem

I just spot th error, I had copied a Win 10 instead of 2012.
So v123 runs OK here.

play121/123 and counter v13 15 give ok sound, except cracking sounds (2 crack/sec).
play 123 with v13 19 give a somewhat distorted sound and also continuous cracking.

Yes, play v123 with counter v13 10, v13 5 and v14 10 all play fine, and no crackling.
However play v123 with counter v14 give distorted sound, like earlier v123 with counter v8 and v11.

Yes. For me mqncounter v14 10 is fine, and v14 is bad.

Good to hear that
I have notice one thing
V14,v124 plays fine when I use OS on ram
But when I boot OS from SSD I get distorted sound wondering why
Gordon can you chime in with idea why is that happening?
Thanks

I will try v14.10 see if that fix it
Aleg are you using OS on ram or normal drive boot?
