I am honestly impressed by the average quality of the vinyls bought in Japan. They are all used and coming from different stores, but they are at least in very good conditions, very clean and silent. Even after a good brush on the spinning plate they don't develop the usual static electricity, like they have all been washed.
Should I go again I will include a second heavy check-in luggage 😁

This is a little gem, very much of it's time. A couple of moody, introspective tracks, to my mind like Dr. Strangely Strange, One in a Million could easily have slotted onto a Kinks album of the era without raising an eyelid, Elephant Song is like a disciplined Bonzo Dog Band whimsy and Suite No.1 is just itself.
And all without a hint that within a year two thirds of Giles, Giles and Fripp would create the monster album that was In the Court of the Crimson King.
