Have been working at applying the v54 changes to other areas of mqnplay and think it has made quite a dramatic improvement in articulation, the best I've heard, so taking it up another level. V54 was a change to one area, there were another 4 areas impacted. Shall try and optimise it further and get the multi track functionality working and then release it.

It's something I haven't tried before, but the impact is amazing, when I heard v54 I thought there might be further gains to be had and it's just made it so that it sounds as good as transparent.

An exciting prospect.

Anyone using win 10?
Guys at xxhighend seem impressed
And since win 8 and 8.1 brought sq improvements could be quite possible
Seems like we will be waiting a while on the server version :(

uploaded play v55, to see if you agree it's an improvement. still one track.

uploaded control v28, took out a step in the load which I don't think is necessary, so should load quicker.

not sure about treble on v55, v56 might be better.

think v58 was where I was trying to get to coding wise, just worked out how to do it.

V55 has a phenomenal transparency indeed.
