While before I can listen to these but tried this one last week . I think I got the wrong one as it is a live album from circa 2004. I should be getting his earlier stuff. I still think he has a great voice but for €2.37.
Great album and underrated.Very hard to follow up marquee moon..[/quote]
Yeah Jadarin, I've only listened to it once but like it. Marquee moon a hard act to follow alright.
Definite influence on early REM in there on some of Adventure though.
That's supposed to be a monster :) I just might have considered it if it had have been released on vinyl....but then again it just might be too much! I have a 6 Lp Muddy Waters set which starts off brilliant and then begins to sound a bit samey by the time you get past the third Lp :(

Yeah Cybot, 97 tracks over 4 CD's. Nicely packaged too.
Definitely worth buying but not for listening all in one go ;-) Was a Muddy obsessive at one point but have rediscovered The Wolf recently and am really enjoying the raw power of his voice and the music

Spooky Wolf Blues :) Enjoy! His guitarist Hubert Sumlin died only recently....
