There is not a lot of music on this CD but what music there is on it is hauntingly beautiful....

Good choice Fergus! Fantastic film too....Are you going to any of the French films now showing at the IFI?

I do like Rodriguez... must dig him out for a listen...

much like Tim Buckley, he doesn't get the retro attention he deserves....!

His 2 albums were recorded were in ’70 & ’71, in Detroit (I don't know if he has recorded anything since then), the sound track is taken from the LP's.
Sounds kind of like Suggie Otis meets Jose Feliciano with a bit of Jim Croce, but, he has some of the Funk Brothers backing him so it’s a tight sound.

Very derivative soundtrack but still enjoyable - great for walking to.
