Found that the other week.Didnt think about posting it here.It will cost a huge amount to implement all the recommendations if memory serves me right.Is that not the guy who supplied Pearse the usb cable you are fond of??

your link advise can be applied to windows to go sticks too, good find!!

got the power supply turned down to 12.5 volts same as the power bricks, saves me from blowing up stuff

Yep, I said Gigabyte were introducing their own i3/i5/i7 version of the Intel NUC. So next month we should see it's spec & price. I reckon it will be too costly, however!

Yeah, although they are touting it as a competitor to the raspberry Pi - which many seem to have tried and got sick of pretty quick.

Still they have to be talking about more than €35?

That' just bad reporting - it's obviously a competitor & same form factor as the NUC.
I'd say it will cost more as it seems to come with SSD & WiFI card - don't know about memory, guess that's up to the buyer to install

john did you get any further progress with the nuc?

hows the Franzuma today?
Do u loose much SQ with plugging the cpu cooler onto the motherboard?
how hot does your maplin power supply get?, i wouldn't care to put my hand on the block for any length of time

are you guys using windows to go or ssd?

john what would a battery power supply trickle charged by motherboard for usb (windows to go)
involve to make up?
