Unfortunately, 7.55 is not working:
-Teac Dac: no sound at all
-M2Tech Dac (Xmos): crackles.

Tested it with two computers, same result. I use MQNLoad.
I think it has something to do with MQNLoad. When I first choose 7.49 and after that I choose 7.55 then it's working. Not tried hirez.
sometimes mqnload uses the previous version of mqnplay, are you sure 7.55 is playing now ?

7.49 normal sounds great, just breaks up irregularily...sometimes after one song, sometimes I can play a whole album....

7.55 normal only gives distorted sounds...

Soundwise...You are definitly on the right track here, Gordon. Stability...?

What new MQnControl? 3.64 is still the last one and has been for ages?

There was a 3.65 but it seems to have gone now.

Yeah I remember that but I think it was for a special test that Gordon was doing at the time.

Going to try 7.55 (Normal) tonite. The SQ from KS is getting really, really good and I suspect that Gordon has more to come as he navigates his way through KS.
