Tim Hardin 321. Devastating. A troubled soul but what a voice and backup band.
And always beautifully recorded.

Will you put them in order of merit (a big ask, probably)!

Ok 123 ;)
You can't go wrong with the first three. I only have one other one which is a bit weird by his standards ('Suite for Susan Moore and Damion: We Are One, One, All in One'). I like it but then I would, wouldn't I lol! That Shilo song is from Nine.....

I'm a sucker for John Mellencamp, listening to his latest LP...
A nice Americana feel to it with Carlene Carter dueting on most tracks.

This is one artist who really polarises opinion both solo and otherwise. I think he's a complete one off, never to be repeated. There's more going on in a single track here than entire albums by others. Amazing. Stunning. Heart full of soul. I'll miss him when he goes.....

Watched the tribute to the Old Grey Whistle Test, well as much as I could bear, saw Albert Lee on it and it made me dust down the first Heads, Hands & Feet LP... a very underrated album.

Came across this about 2 years ago, I heard it playing in the background in a record store, was blown away.
