6 disks, 84 tracks from my favourite Zappa band. Bliss.
By coincidence, came across this today:

Now that's what I call spooky!

Great minds think alike! After letting Jimi bombard me for a couple of yours. I put on Jackson Browne's I'm Alive LP to bring a bit of calmness to the room.

The copy I bought of this vinyl LP when it came out is the only copy I have ever seen.

I've only got some of his earlier stuff. I've always loved his voice too.

His singing on his stone cold classic Late For The Sky Lp is to die for. Brings a tear to my eyes every time......and what a backing band!

BTW what's unusual about the Lp......

Funny you should mention Late For The Sky, I was playing my original US pressing mastered at The Mastering Lab, that voice!

I'm Alive was only ever released in Europe, which happened with quite a lot of artists music in the 1990s, making them hard to find, thus making them expensive! Check out the Discogs link...

Wow it's expensive alright!

On the subject of LFTS I listened to it non stop for a week only last Summer. That is some achievement for someone who very seldom plays two sides of a record consecutively.......

Tim Hardin 321. Devastating. A troubled soul but what a voice and backup band.

What can I say, I totally ignored Tim Hardin! Very seldom see his LPs in the record bins.

Not too late to start checking him out. Here's a snippet of what he can do :)
