It is indeed a beautiful piece. I never thought that Stravinsky could compose such calm, relaxing and light music. So much to discover!!!

That's wonderful Matt. There's much to discover in Stravinsky's work - some real hidden gems :-D

Interesting! I have a recording I really like with Haefliger singing,
accompanied by Jörg Dähler on fortepiano. You can hear that he was quite old when he recorded it, but it's still wonderful!

I have that cd too and find it very interesting. Good choice Darren. I once had the chance to see James Judd conducting, Great conductor.
