Great album that shifts through loads of styles including Jazz fusion.

Fairly heavy psychedelica, enjoyable (IMO the CD bonus tracks are as good as the main album) although the narration for the story on side two is a bit dated TBH.

Great debut lp, reissued on 180g vinyl yesterday
Big Star #1 Record. On cd, Thirteen one of my favourite songs ever.

Having had no luck in finding a vinyl copy and rejecting Golden Disc's kind offer of a CD I found myself, due to a newfound (and mild) interest in digital music, downloading a high res copy of this album.
On hearing tracks on the radio and music shops I had kinda decided it was "more of the same" particularly nodding to the last two albums and I wasn't too bothered if I got a copy or not but... the internet provides :) I have to admit now, after several listens, it's a clear progression. Great album. But I don't know who plays what.
