Would disagree about Gordon's descent the Costa Ricans have put in a mighty effort for one night.
I think Gordon has done slightly more than that.
You'll probably be back in half hour saying you can't get it ti work..... ;)
I realise you are grumpy about the donedeal Garth tickets but really do you need to take it out on innocent little me?
Notice also no sage comments on the Computer audio Garth brooks thread??

any feedback for 24/96, thought it didn't quite have the magic of 5.07, maybe buffer size issue - the period size is comparable to 16/44.

Just listened to one complete album on 5.07avx2 24/96 and starting off a second. Sound quality is excellent on P Floyd's DSOTM right now, no complaints here ,Gordon.
KM
Update: Very impressive to me.

how comparable ?
same buffer size or same ratio?
had a feeling it might not be straight forward
why is there so many formats?
should have been double ups (16 44 /32 88 )

All's fair in love and war that link to Letterman show has left its mark on me. It was a low blow I felt the tirnahif cognoscenti were warming to DB and St Vincent but you set the cause back 10yrs. BTW you are probably right 24/96 will not work but will send you a discrete pm to troubleshoot on the quiet!

actually downloaded the avx instead of the avx2 by mistake theres quite a profound difference between them (mostly decay air atmosphere the third dimension)
forgot how detailed 24 96 is
great decay air etc
bit shouty
try rumours 16 44 vs 24 96
interesting

Wasn't here for some time and I see a lot is going on. I must try some new 4x, 5x versions!
EDIT: mqn v5 plays all songs 10x faster, with annoying noise in the left channel.

Take a short cut John and go straight to 5.07avx/sse2 it hopefully will be worth it.
Ok Nige 24/96 is working I need 24/88 to play the Ray Brown Trio Live. Gordon are you working i know it is Sunday?
BTW 24/96 is excellent even on the ciunas!
