But 5.00 sounds better to me
It's a bit like 5.06 without the extra sugar
5.06 is the rawest version, 5.00 has the extra sugar as it uses prefetches.

have uploaded another 3 versions of that one, pick the best and I'll call it a day.

Merge no al nudges ahead of no merge al and both are better than no merge no al

So: merge no al > no merge al >> no merge no al
thanks

5.06 original was merge al, how does that compare with merge no al ?

just been listening to merge no al for the last 30 mins and sounds good.
Merge no al is better than merge al.
More clarity and more live sound.

No its definitely not better, it lost much of its clarity, becoming more flat sounding.
Please, stick to merge no al.

Try 5.06 merge no al and say again what you think !!

Cheers
Thought my phone language was set to French there
I've left the house so ill just have to trust you
I Doubt I'll disagree
Was some bad ones between 5.00 and 5.06 128

Clock rates need further reduction too
Maybe release the clockrate fixation

Excellent work

Oh I see
One for the road eh!!!!

uploaded 5.06 merge no al as version 5.07

uploaded sse2, avx and avx2

avx is for avx instruction set with 128 bit bus and avx2 is for 256 bit bus ie haswell and up ( previously had been calling avx2 avx, which wasn't accurate)

uploaded sse2 hw xor 256 version

the hw xor 256 versions are pretty good, quite an intoxicating sound
