This is a lovely colourful performance by the Bavarians, thanks Fergus.
I am delighted that you liked it Seán. I thought that if anyone could persuade you in Schumann then Kubelik could. One can also get Nos. 3 & 4 by the same forces if one is interested.

I finished this wonderful work by listening to Acts 4 & 5 recently.

This is a lovely work and a very intriguing one as well as it is very interesting to hear how Gabrielli treats the human voice in the same way as the brass instruments with which I associate the Gabriellis.
