I already have the Third Symphony in this series so I've decided to get the rest of the set.

Earlier today, I picked up this 3 CD set for less than €5. I was attracted to it because it contains: Schubert's 5th & 8th Symphonies performed by Goodman/Hanover Band; a collection of Songs; Impromptus and two String Quartets perfromed by the Brandis Quartet:

and for another fiver I managed to get a 3 CD set of recordings of Haydn's Symphonies performed by the Fischer/Austro-Hungarian Haydn Orchestra, I haven't got any other recordings by this ensemble and initial indications are favourable.
