Maybe not a back breaker but has real substance to it
At a guess will be a little under 20 kg completed

I've finished the wiring tails, 76 of them, some in blue heat shrink some in black, dead rough, but sure they'll be grand...
What's next, drilling & tapping?

At least it's a pair of welds to even things up!

I find a less spectacular way to release some voltage is to use a bulb but you may want to release stress as well :) ?

nige has never been known as one who does things by halves and 'It [still] didn't explode'.

just first class messin
i over charged the cells a bit as i set the regs too high v
had to discharge to reset

the power resistor leads took most of the bashing the nuts are merely disfigured

must go out to the shed see if i can find a welding rod
