Seriously though, that is why I stopped buying in Tower a long time ago!

I think that Tower do sell some of the boxsets for far too much alright. That said, they do have plenty of very good recordings going for 10Euro. Nothing beats browsing in the shop and coming across unexpected recordings.

I think that Tower do sell some of the boxsets for far too much alright. That said, they do have plenty of very good recordings going for 10Euro. Nothing beats browsing in the shop and coming across unexpected recordings.
Hmmm, I used to love shopping in Tower, but the Classical section is getting smaller and smaller......it's a pain in the whole, [ahem] I meant posterior!

There was a time also that it used to take up that whole alcove and there were staff on hand to ask questions of....alas no more; just reflects the market I suppose. It is a pity though.
