The Cluytens/BPO performance of the First Symphony is particularly good, I love that set.

I am now moving onto my January disks... with a very strong Renaissance theme. These of course will be listened to carefully, in conjunction with my other listens. I have the Dufay on at present, and it's quite simply wonderful...

every time I immerse myself into music from the Renaissance, I almost never want to return to listening to anything else... it completely entrances me..
